Keith Cotugno, who goes by the stage name IDEZ, was born on the ides of March in 1987, hailing from the vibrant city of New York. As an electronic music DJ and producer, IDEZ weaves a captivating tapestry of electronic genres, seamlessly blending melodic hooks, intricate rhythms, and pulsating beats into an emotionally charged musical voyage. His dedication to pushing the boundaries of electronic music has earned him acclaim within the music community, where he brings a fresh and innovative perspective to the genre. Keith's musical journey began during his formative years as he eagerly followed in his father's footsteps as a drummer. It was during his teenage years that he had the unique opportunity to receive private lessons from a Broadway drummer, refining his rhythmic skills to perfection. Keith's exceptional talent soon caught the attention of the music scene, propelling him into the spotlight as a sought-after drummer. This journey eventually led him to join the renowned metal band, White Line Tiger, which quickly gained recognition and a dedicated following in the New York music scene. 

However, Keith's musical journey didn't stop there. Over time, he developed a profound passion for electronic music, inspired by his older brother's role as a DJ during the dynamic mid to late 90s era. This newfound fascination drove Keith to explore the world of electronic music production, where he skillfully fused his drumming expertise with innovative electronic sounds. Under his alias IDEZ, he has since carved his own unique path in the electronic music landscape, characterized by an eclectic taste in music and an unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of his craft in every direction. 

Drawing inspiration from renowned labels such as Defected Records, Spinnin’ Records, Knee Deep In Sound, Toolroom, and Anjunabeats, IDEZ has meticulously honed his skills as a recording engineer over the course of a decade.
